The duo’s sizzling chemistry has been the talk of the series, leading to much ‘are they, aren’t they’ chatter.
Three days on from the tear-filled series final that saw AJ, 33, miss out with injured ankle ligaments, the telly presenter admitted she is missing her instructor, 26.
Sharing a series of fun snaps of her riding on Kai’s back, she said: “Just missing @kaiwidd being my personal mode of transport TBH. I really did have his back. .”
Followers were more convinced than ever that the duo are dating, with one commenting: “Aren’t you two together! C’mon did we all imagine the blazing romance?”
Another posted: “if you’re not together, i’ll hand deliver you both oscars i swear.”
A third said: “Keep checking to see if you’ve got married yet to each other xx.”
During the series even AJ’s young nephew asked why they hadn’t kissed, and host Claudia Winkleman kept the pressure on during the live shows.

After one of their dances, Kai was heard telling AJ he loved her sending viewers into meltdown.
AJ broke down during Saturday’s final as she opened up about being forced to pull out of the competition with just a day’s notice.
Tearing up almost instantly, the presenter said: “I still don’t know how to describe what it feels like to have a broken heart, but that’s what it’s like.
“We have had the best time on this show and I’ve been putting on a brave face. We’ve loved the show tonight.
“Rose and John, Johannes and Giovanni are incredible but we wanted to be on the dancefloor with them.”
Her voice then cracked: “So we’ve been swallowing tears throughout the night, but I’m just so happy. I’m genuinely happy and grateful to be here, to have done all of those incredible dances, learned so much, met all of these beautiful people, had the best outfits ever and the hairstyles!
“It’s just been the most incredible experience and I literally would not have been here without Kai.
